| Ads Sold Last Year by Player |
1 REVIEW THE LIST OF ADS SOLD LAST YEAR. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS LIST,
YOU MUST CONTACT NICOLE SCHUCK AT 599-6639, BY AUGUST 20, 2010. ANY ERRORS
FOUND AFTER THIS DATE WILL NOT BE ADDRESSED.
2 Any family who sold ads last year, has the first right to solicit those advertisers again.
Included is a list of the ads sold last year, and the family that sold the ad.
3 If any player violates this solicitation policy, they will forfeit the credit, and full credit will go to
the player that sold the ad last year.
4 All ads must be submitted with camera ready art. All enlargements, reductions or changes
to the ad artwork will be the responsibility of the patron and the player. ALL AD ARTWORK WILL
BE PRINTED AS SUBMITTED. This rule applies to all patrons, even if they had an ad in previous
years’ programs. All ads will be printed in black and white in the program.
5 All patron forms must have the player’s name on it. If an ad is received without a name and
cannot be identified, NO CREDIT will be issued for the ad. We suggest that you print the player’s
name on the Patron form, then make copies for your use.
6 For patrons that are paying for their ad with cash, receipts should be given.
7 All ad artwork and payments must be received by September 15, 2010. Ads received after
this date will have no guarantee of being printed and no guarantee of player credit.
8 Proceeds from the sale of ads may only be used to pay for hockey fees (winter and spring
ice fees, summer ice clinics, and dry-land training).
9 Credits are carried over the players playing years. If any monies remain at the end of the
players playing career, it will be credited to a brother or sister. If there are no other siblings in the
program, the remaining monies will be donated to the club.
